In 2025, CBPM applied new technologies to mass production, through two housenotes made of paper and plastic. ColorSpace® is a cutting-edge anti-counterfeiting technology independently developed by CBPM, utilizing micro-nano structures to present unique optical security features. It is characterized by fine graphic details, high brightness, strong three-dimensional effects, and excellent adaptability to different light sources. A low-VOC water-based eco-friendly coating is applied to the plastic substrate and this technology is co-developed by CBPM and SICPA. It enhances both safety and environmental sustainability during production and storage, while also providing better ink adhesion, aligning with the green development goals of the banknote printing industry. CBPM has also been dedicated to the application of intelligent technologies, developing off-line and online inspection equipment and intelligent analysis systems across various fields such as plate-making, security threads, and printing, contributing to more efficient and high-quality production systems.
